Over the last ten years I've built websites, software and internal systems for businesses across different industries.

Marketing came later. In the last two years, more and more of those clients started asking us to run their campaigns too. The demand was there in every industry, so we took it on.

Every project showed the same pattern. Businesses rarely struggle because they're missing one thing. They struggle because dozens of small problems quietly compound until growth slows.

I spent the last ten years building software. Marketing came later. Not because I wanted to start an agency, but because the businesses I built software for kept asking the same question: "Why aren't we growing?"
