Who we are

What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply. Nothing else. Messages are delivered to our inbox through Postmark, an email delivery service operated by ActiveCampaign, Inc.
- Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're human. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to do that. We also keep a short-lived, hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is deleted automatically.
- Analytics. Only if you allow it, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. If you decline, none of it loads.
- Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We set no cookies until you make a choice in the cookie notice. Then:

Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Spam protection, security and server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep things
Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as the correspondence is relevant. Rate-limit records are deleted within minutes. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, typically 14 months.
Who else sees your data
We don't sell your data and we don't share it for marketing. The services named above (Postmark, Cloudflare, Google) process data under their own privacy policies. Some are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can object to processing, ask for it to be restricted, or take your data elsewhere. Write to [email protected] and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
